We will use one of the three formats listed below.The three options are based on number of
teams participating. The bracket type will be set after the tournament is closed! (Game Guarantee based on Weather Permitting).
1)Teams
will be randomly selected for two games of pool play followed by single elimination playoffs (the trophy round). Plus, teams
losing playoff games will play a consolation game (not eligible for trophies) against a randomly selected opponent who has
also lost in the playoffs. This guarantees a minimum of 3 games per team.
2)Teams will be randomly selected for
three games of pool play followed by single elimination playoffs (the trophy round). This guarantees a minimum of 3 games
per team. This is used when there are pools of 4 teams.
3)Teams will be randomly selected for three games of pool play
followed by the top 6 teams advancing to single elimination playoffs (the trophy round. This guarantees a minimum of 3
games per team. This is used when there are pools of 4 teams.

Event Specifics
This is a three (3) game minimum. Teams that do not make it into the Winners
bracket are REQUIRED to play their consolation game. Teams WILL be penalized $100.00 if they leave without playing the consolation
round. The $100.00 penalty will be enforced prior to the next event a team is scheduled to participate in. This will be enforced
with all TWBA events. ***************************************

at regular price at Hohlt fields.**

Coaches will need ALL
Player's Birth Certificates, Team Roster & Proof of Team Insurance at Check In.
Gate Fees : $4.00/person/day
(17 under free), or an Event Pass $7.00/person/weekend (good at all fields). Gate Passes can be purchased at the
Check In Meeting.
Gate Fees & Passes can only be purchased with CASH if purchasing at the fields.
Players
& Coaches (up to 4 coaches only) listed on their Team Roster will be given a Pass (no charge) that MUST be worn to
avoid Gate fees.
Player Coolers ARE allowed in any facilities during the TWBA event.
