TWBA will now require full payment in NO LATER THAN THE end of business the Monday before the tournament begins. In addtion, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN to teams withdrawing from the tournament 5 days (Monday) prior to the tournament. If a division does not make all entry fees collected in full will be mailed back to the team the next Monday following the cancelation of that division. In the event of a refund due, all cash or check refunds will be mailed to team managers within 3-5 business days after the tournament date, all online payments will be mailed within 14 businsess days.
