Option 2: Academy/Organizations (Multiple Teams within a program)
1.
An organization must have THREE (3) or more teams from their organization successfully participate in the same Official TWBA
events (Official TWBA event = event is hosted/run by TWBA) to qualify.
2. Once an organization has successfully registered
in TWO (2) events with three (3) or more teams they should email us (
tourndirector@brenhambaseballclub.com) outlining :
A. Name of the organization & Main Contact for organization
B. Name of each team
C. Age groups
D. Coaches Name
E. Name of the event that the teams participated in.
3. It is the organizations responsibility
to notify TWBA that they have qualified for the full entry fee Voucher.
4. TWBA will confirm that all teams
from the organization have successfully completed the same TWO (2) events and will then issue a paper VOUCHER to the
organization at a value of one FULL regular Official TWBA event entry fee.
5. The full entry fee VOUCHER
can be used by one team from the organization or can be divided up among the teams to allow each team to benefit from a partial
discount off another event.
6. Full entry fee Voucher will be issued to the head of that organization to disperse
as he sees fit.
STANDARD RULES FOR BOTH OPTIONS :
1. A full entry fee voucher can ONLY be applied towards
an OFFICIAL TWBA event. (Vouchers are not redeemable towards Sanctioned events).
2. Full entry fee vouchers
can only be applied towards a standard Official TWBA Qualifier event (Vouchers are not redeemable towards holiday
and Championship events).
3. Full entry fee vouchers are only redeemable for the remainder of the current
year. The FALL SEASON runs from Labor Day weekend thru the end of December (Sept 2008 – December
2008). The voucher would need to be used for an event prior to the end of 2008 season for the voucher to be
redeemable. The voucher would be null and void if not used towards an event in 2008.
4. Full entry
fee vouchers MUST be mailed in to TWBA with the balance due for a team to be entered in the event at the discount price. TWBA
will not mark a team full refund for an event without receipt of the original voucher issued to the team as well
as the balance of the entry fee.
5. Teams can not count events they have participated in as an “organization”
as an individual team event. This means that if a team has played in three events BUT one of those events was played
as an organization (3 teams) that event can not count towards an Individual Team participation towards a full entry fee voucher.
6.
Teams from the same organization that participate in different events does not count as an organization participation and
does not qualify them for the Full entry fee voucher. An organization participation is defined as three (3) or more teams
from the same organization participate in the TWO (2) same events (Example : Black Sox 14u, 16u, and 18u participate
in "TWBA Full Count II" and "TWBA Turkey Shoot Out").
7. Sanctioned events can not count towards qualifying
for the Voucher discounts. All event participation in order to qualify for Discount event vouchers must be Official TWBA
Qualifier events hosted/run by TWBA.
